Very good
Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The location was also very convenient.
Disliked: One minor issue was that, although we had booked a room for three people, only the double bed was prepared upon arrival. We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves.

Disliked: there was a strong persistent damp/mould smell throughout the studio from check-in, the bathroom has no ventilation (no window or extractor)
Good place to stay in Barcelona as it is close to the metro and to all major attractions of the city
Liked: Amazing location! The room was spacious for a family of three, good facilities in the kitchen and well equipped.
Disliked: One of the major issues was lack of cleaning. I expected a cleaning staff to clean atleast once in 2-3 days but that didn’t happen. They didn’t provide us dustbin or trash bags and I had to bring them from the supermarket. Same with tissues as well, they had only stacked toilet paper. Not enough toiletries to last for a week. Just two small bottles of body wash which double as a shampoo as well.
It’s a great value of money, small but very lovely accommodation, also very central location. I would recommend it
Liked: Very central location, walkable distance to Sagrada Familia, Park Citadel, metro station and many more. Pharmacy and groceries store are 2 min away. there is also a convenience shop at the corner, that was open very late. Easy access with a code - no need to stress about the keys. Clean, comfortable, has a small terrace with a table. Ideal for a couple or a family with one kid.
Disliked: Whenever we had a holiday in Spain, in various locations and accommodations, a bottle of water was always welcoming guests. Especially appreciated when guests arrive at a midnight and there is no shop open to get any water..in this apartment, we didn’t get any, unfortunately. However the accommodation itself is lovely. Also the team was helpful through the check in process.
Liked: The apartment is perfectly located, clean and well-equipped. Easy self checkin/ Good wi-fi. Reasonable price. Other than that I am really grateful that they found my small bag that I had forgotten in the apartment and made arrangements to send it to me by mail.
