  Terrible

Disliked: Disappointing stay – Far below 4-star standards Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was old and poorly maintained, with mould in the bathroom and a broken wardrobe door. The rooftop jacuzzi was cold, while the basement jacuzzi was excessively hot. The gym was poorly equipped, and breakfast was basic, with limited variety and low-quality products. The worst part was the reception staff, who were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of our complaints. They promised to fix the problems but did nothing. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. The hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating, and I would not recommend staying here.

The location is advantageous, the value for money is a bit above average

Liked: The hotel has a great location, just a 2-minute walk from the Metro station, which is very convenient. The rooms are also quite spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Disliked: Basically, I have no complaints, except that the hotel is quite old and the facilities are rather basic.
