Great stay for a short stay in Barcelona

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. Lovely room & bathroom - both spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast - good selection of food every morning & a nice breakfast room. Lovely & very helpful staff. Welcome glass of Cava on arrival. Sweets & nuts available all day in reception. Welcome card in room & a few biscotti biscuits put in the room every day - lovely little touches. We’ll definitely be back for a 3rd stay.
Liked: Location was amazing, room was lovely. Very clean. Lovely small touches that added to experience.
Disliked: The only negative was we couldn’t find any English tv channels or couldn’t use apps on tv (YouTube for example). Was only a minor issue though and did not impact enjoyment

Liked: Property was comfortable, clean and well maintained and provided small additional touches such as glass of Cava on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful giving restaurant recommendations etc

Liked: Right in the heart of the old quarter. Within walking distance to everything
Disliked: The taxis took so long to get that we missed half an excursion. Also the coffee wasn’t available in the lobby all day but we had some in our room.
Liked: Beautiful newly renovated hotel right in the heart of the gothic quarter. Beds were super comfortable, room was larger than expected. Breakfast was good and the coffee/tea with pastries in the afternoon was nice as well.
Disliked: A little bit loud outside in the hall when people are coming and going. There isn’t a lot of sound proofing at the door however, we didn’t hear anyone above or beside us.
