  Disappointing

  Liked: Location. Even though it was rougher than advertised. But it was quite central. Not in the gothic quarter or as close to it as was made to seem.

  Disliked: How dirty and noisy it was. The partitioning was terrible, felt like there was little to no privacy. The toilet window linked to another apartment and the kitchen window to the elevator. The sofa was stained, the AC did not work. The kettle was broken (replaced hours after we asked), it was hard to contact anyone just felt like we were talking to AI all the time. The fan made electrical sparks whenever we turned it on and shocked my husband. Just a very neglected and poorly looked after place. And whoever runs it is so cheap.

  Liked: Good location with easy access to transportation; clean, comfortable feel.

  Disliked: Beds/ pillows uncomfortable. Hot water not turned on so first showers surprise.

  Great location and easy access to transport

  Liked: Message arrived from property and it was easy to access. As we arrived later than expected it was slightly difficult to see the keypad but, we worked it out.

  Disliked: All the stairs!! Staircase was narrow and was grateful we didn't have a big case.

  A nice apartment but some things could have been done better

  Liked: Location was good close to the metro to get around the city. Well equipped and spacious enough for a group of 4

  Disliked: We had no hot water for the first 2 days of our 3 day stay. Eventually we were given the use of another apartment to shower in for the last late afternoon and evening but seen as we were out all day exploring we basically had hot water for one late night and early morning before check out. Surely someone should check the apartment has hot water before check in? Also the air conditioning was very temperamental. It worked when it wanted to and was prone to tripping the electro.

  Excellent location with all you need to visit Barcelona!

  Liked: Excellent location in Barcelona. Well organized service, nice appartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room. Very clean and tidy. It may not be the newest place you've seen, but you've got everything you need for a great stay!

  Disliked: A general comment I regularly have in appartments with a kitchen: a kitchen towel would be nice! Otherwise nothing to say. The place will require a few touch-ups in the coming years, but that's fine:)

  Liked: The location and remote check-in

  Disliked: The beds were horrible, thelighting was really bad as it felt more like a dungeon than a appartment. The douch and walls were stained. One shower was leaking, water got under the floor and leaked to the lower level bathroom. Solution of the staff was to supply two small extra towels, extra towels were only available upon payment. AC was making strange and loud regular noises. All in all had great expectations but the appartment was terrible, did not meet expectations at all and was way to expensive for three nights given the above.
