Fabulous
Liked: Overall very nice, the location is great, staff is friendly, man from Morocco (concierge) is super kind person.
It was a short stay so not much time spent in the hotel to form an opinion
Liked: Location is good, walking distance to Las Rambla, Pablo Picasso Museum and not too far from Sagrada Familia by taxi. Staff was friendly. They had provided a nice disposable bathmat in the tub.
Disliked: Room layout was not very appealing.
Great location
Liked: Great location, neat and clean hotel, great breakfast selection, helpful staff. Bright room on the 6th floor.
Disliked: Shower water leaked onto the floor.

Liked: Great location and rooms were comfortable. The hotel team was helpful too.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet didn’t seem very clean (sticky in many places like tables, buffet counter). Food items weren’t labelled as well. Only one water bottle was provided even for two people and just once per stay (not sure if that’s the norm in Europe).
Nice hotel near the Gothic Center!
Liked: Big room. Very accommodating staff. Cleaned nicely. Brought up extra towels and pillows.
Disliked: AC was a bit warm even when adjusted. They charged 2 euros per cup of coffee in the morning and you had to go get it. The bed was a little hard, and pillows need replacement.
Liked: Convenient. Clean.
Disliked: No coffee/tea pots in room.
