  Perfect location with a peaceful atmosphere

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Home to Home Barcelona. The apartment was impeccably clean and the check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location is excellent — just a 7-minute walk from Plaça d’Espanya, yet very quiet, especially if your bedroom faces the inner courtyard. The beautiful zen garden was an added bonus and the perfect spot for morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

  It was calm and warm. We would feel at home

  Overall it was a pleasant stay

  Liked: Location of the apartment was excellent, the bedrooms were spacious. blackout shades were amazing, that helped in getting proper sleep. Air conditioning was excellent, that helped to blunt effect of high temperature in Barcelona.

  Disliked: No direct contact with property management for emergency situation, like we were locked out and it took 2 hours for someone to come and help, it was not even after hour. Bed in the master bedroom were not comfortable, The mattress was sagging in the middle

  Very Disappointing Experience

  Liked: Only the location

  Disliked: 1. Staff: The staff were not helpful at all. There was no flexibility, and every request was simply rejected without trying to find a solution. 2. Beds: The beds were very uncomfortable and made loud squeaking noises every time we moved, making it difficult to sleep. 3. Key card: The apartment provides only one key card. This is very inconvenient for families because no one can stay in the apartment while others go out. 4. Check-in & service: When we arrived, the key card was faulty and broke immediately after entering the apartment. We had to wait more than four hours with no electricity or water before someone came to help. We were traveling with children, which made the situation even worse. Overall: Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

  Liked: The property was absolutely spotless, tidy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location in Barcelona is fantastic and made exploring the city very easy. Additionally, the property manager was highly responsive, apologized when we raised our concerns, and even offered us a partial refund.

  Disliked: When we booked the property on Booking.com, it was listed as having three bedrooms, but that wasn't actually the case. In the living room, there was a terrible sofa bed; it was so uncomfortable that you couldn't even turn over while lying down, and it made very loud noises that woke everyone up. Furthermore, the TV channels weren't properly set up, so we missed the first night, match of the World Cup. We contacted the property manager, who apologized and promised to transfer a partial refund to our account.
