Very good
Alex the Great
Liked: We loved Alex. We would always come back to a clean room and clean sheets. My wife had accidentally stained the sheets with blood as it was her time of the month and Alex cleaned and changed the sheets no problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay because Alex went above and beyond.
Disliked: TV wasn't working. No channels. But wasn't the end of the world there was free wifi.
This hotel was my base in Barcelona during my holiday in Spain. The staff member was always available to help or provide
Very nice and clean room in an excellent central location
Liked: Very nice and clean room in an excellent central location
Quite acceptable!
Liked: The room itself was simple but comfortable. The bathroom is shared, but that actually wasn't a problem because, when we stayed there really weren't many other guests. Everything was quite adequate, admittedly not nearly good enough to justify the price point but then Barcelona is an expensive place so maybe it just comes with the territory.
Disliked: We had quite some trouble checking in due to some difficulty communicating and some bad luck with timing. I'd advise coordinating with the management well in advance, and hope that nothing goes too wrong with travel plans.
Affordable accommodation
Liked: Great powerful shower
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Worst ever. I liked nothing! DON’T stay here!
Disliked: Very moldy, very bad smell, not cleaned. Hairs and dust everywhere. You can see that they didn’t clean the bathroom for several months based on the thick stains and all dust. Impossible to communicate with! They demanded 100 euros as a deposit and they give it back weeks later and if you don’t pay they refuse stay. Also they refused to let a friend in who wanted to help me with suitcases. “NO VISITORS ALLOWED” they screamed at me. I didn’t feel safe at all
