Exceptional
Nice clean and very central. The employees really nice and helpful and professional
Liked: Friendly service and well located
Disliked: Nothing. All was perfect
Pleasant stay with treats in a great location
Liked: Location is perfect, I normally stay at Born or Bari Goti, this is my first stay at Eixample and it's the best it gets - 5 mins walk to Plaça Catalunya and Passieg de Gracia, 10 mins walk to the center of Bari Goti or Born Room is super quiet and beds are super conformable, I traveled with my son and we both slept like babies. Room was cleaned and made every day Staff is very welcoming and available, there is small kitchen with coffee machine and cold water which, and they left us a small treat of juice and a muffin every morning, even made took care to have gluten free cookies for my son, sooo kind of them. This is exactly what we needed to start the day.
Disliked: Room was smaller than I expected and didn't really have a street view, although in the tradeoff for a quiet room it's was for the best. Shower head could have been bigger The hotel is part of an apartment building not the entire property as I expected of a 4 stars This is why it is not a 10, I would give it 9.5 if I could
Good stay. Recommend it

Disliked: The bedroom is small
Excellent location, clean, but bit noisy
Liked: Excellent location for citytrip
Disliked: Pretty noisy, beds arranged odd
Liked: Amazing property with outdoor space. The in-room balcony made it feel very local. The kitchen area was well equipped.
Liked: Location was great and it was clean
Disliked: The toilet for one of the rooms was very small.
