Good
Liked: Excellent location for sightseeing (just off La Rambles), the staff were very friendly, and our room was nice and cosy with a balcony view over the square making for some fun people-watching 😊
Disliked: The elevator wasn't operational during our visit, so there were a lot of stairs to climb. But hopefully this is something that will be fixed in future

Liked: I loved being next to the market and having a little balcony. Everything was so close and the hostess was lovely.
Disliked: Was a bit noisy at night- just bring earplugs
Good Value for Money/ Perfect Location
Liked: The hotel is close to several tourist landmarks, front desk is available 24/7, pleasant and friendly staff. Clean, smoke free hostel/accommodation. The staff respond to emails and concerns, right away. They are professional and they speak english, a big plus. Rooms are clean, beds are turned everyday.
Disliked: If I have to nitpick, the elevators were not working the 4 days we were there.
Disliked: Advertise "fast wi-fi", but the internet was pretty much non-existent. The rooms inside are also awful, pretty much like a prison. Don't really recommend!
