Good
If it wasn’t for the smell, a decent budget hotel
Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: There are huge commercial size bins right outside the front door. The smell is really bad and continues throughout the hotel.
Nice place to stay in Barcelona
Liked: The staff was friendly and checking in was easy. The location is reasonably central to a lot of things so you can get around easily. The rooms were clean and had good air conditioning, which is necessary in the summer. The room wasn't especially big but there was a small desk so there was space to put things.
Liked: Good location for access to the waterfront.
Disliked: Long walk through the garage to the elevators where to rooms are.
Very bad, we had to walk through the car park with no help with luggage

Disliked: Dirty, we were located at the back of property, I advised reception of leaking air con and they told me to turn it down, I explained that I had slipped and had to put towels down and they said that as I was only staying one night they would have a look after i had left!

Disliked: _ THE WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE Honestly, I would 100% choose sleeping outside in a tent over staying in this hotel. And keep in mind, I have actually camped outdoors before! I traveled with my mother, and this was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. 1. An extremely rude and aggressive receptionist From the moment we arrived, we had to deal with an incredibly disrespectful and aggressive receptionist. He gave us a tiny room that felt like a basement, with absolutely no natural sunlight,although we paid for a bigger one. When we asked to change rooms, he claimed that the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. However, there were still rooms available on Booking.com, so his excuse was clearly questionable. 2. Broken air conditioning and water leaking onto my clothes We stayed in mid-August, when temperatures were around 35/40°C. The air conditioning was useless. It only blew noisy air without cooling the room, even after being switched on for 30 minutes. To make matters worse, water started leaking from the ceiling directly onto my clothes! When my mother went to reception to request another room, the receptionist became extremely angry and started yelling at us as if we were responsible for the hotel's problems. What made the situation even more unbelievable was that my mother actually ended up apologizing to HIM, even though HE was the one who should have been apologizing to US! Despite everything we had been through because of the hotel's poor facilities and his unacceptable behavior. Thankfully, a supervisor eventually intervened. She was polite and helpful, and we were finally able to change rooms. 3. Wrong room keys and a complete lack of organization Even changing rooms was a nightmare. We were initially given incorrect key cards and room numbers that opened doors to rooms that were already occupied. Fortunately, the guests were not in their rooms at the time.
