Fabulous
A wonderful stay in a charming historic hotel, with an excellent location and exceptionally welcoming staff
Liked: This was by far the best choice we could have made for our stay in Barcelona. The hotel is close to public transport, the city centre and major attractions. The room isn’t large, but when you come to Barcelona, you certainly don’t come just to sleep! Although our booking only included breakfast, the complimentary refreshments made it feel almost like an all-inclusive stay. Fruit, juices, coffee, snacks, and even beer and wine were available. It was lovely to return to the hotel, relax over a coffee and enjoy a little something to eat. The historic building has a distinctive charm—having breakfast here feels like dining in a museum. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. If we return to Barcelona, we will definitely stay here again.
Great hotel in a great location!
Liked: Rooms were comfortable. The buffet provided made it very convenient. The staff were very courteous and friendly.
Disliked: The closet in the room was very small to fit clothes for two persons.

Disliked: The room was impossibly small for two people with two pieces of luggage. The patio/balcony? Was a cell!!
