Exceptional
Liked: The hotel is in a great location, right on the corner of the Plaza Catalunya. The staff was fantastic. Nata, who was on the front desk, was great. She made it really easy to check in and had great advice on getting around on the metro. Yvonne, the owner, was also very helpful on our last day, in checking us out and giving advice on the airport. And the room was really spacious and comfortable.
Amazing stay and special thanks to Natalia

What a gem of a hotel in the perfect location!!!
Liked: Perfect location. Wonderful helpful friendly staff-Natalia, Yvonne, Lawrence!! Room was spacious, bathroom clean, bed firm. I had paid for BF, but didnt realise only 8-10.30am service timing. They even helped prepare a early take away BF which was simple enough, but so very thoughtful, as I had to leave daily before 8am. Helped me book a taxi to the airport & helped to rebook again when the 1st one did not so up. Way more deserving than the 1 star hotel rating.
