Fabulous
GREAT
Liked: Location
Loved our stay at such a beautiful stay and centrally located to all the activity
Liked: Beautiful and clean
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great
Liked: I liked the location, staff, room was a great size. Breakfast was very good. I would have rated this hotel exceptional and exceeded expectations except for the incident that happened the one night. See beliw.
Disliked: Room next door had a mother and at least one child. The child/toddler was screaming for hours the one night. It also sounded like kids were running around the hallway. The mother kept yelling at the child. The next morning this started up again. Management did go up to talk to her in the morning. We were happy that the next night was quiet.
Liked: We had an amazing stay at Hotel Regina. The hotel is located right in the heart of Barcelona, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions and with excellent transport connections. We stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was spacious, well-equipped, very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite facing the street. We were visiting Barcelona for a special occasion, and the hotel team made sure we received a warm and thoughtful welcome. We truly appreciated this gesture, as it made the start of our trip even more memorable and extraordinary. I would normally rate the hotel 10/10, but considering the outstanding staff, it deserves a 12/10. The people working at Hotel Regina are genuinely amazing, friendly, and helpful, and they are what truly sets this hotel apart. A special shout-out to Juliana, who looked after guests during breakfast. She made us feel incredibly welcome and at home every morning. Overall, our stay at Hotel Regina was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay in the city!
