Overall, the stay could have been much better if the hotel had been more responsive and taken prompt action to address t

Liked: The hotel looks modern and the room is cleaned everyday.

Disliked: My stay at the hotel was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The door did not lock properly, which made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. I tried calling reception several times to request assistance, but no one came to help, despite waiting for hours. Additionally, the water had an unpleasant, drainage-like smell, which raised concerns about its quality and cleanliness. Overall, the lack of security, poor response to requests for assistance, and unpleasant water made this a very unsatisfactory experience. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and addresses them to ensure a safer and more comfortable stay for future guests.
