A wonderful stay in a comfortable, well-equipped place with a great location and genuinely honest, friendly staff!

Liked: Great location, close to the train station and the airport, which was very convenient. The building is excellent, with great facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. The breakfast was very good, and everything was well equipped. I also really appreciated the honesty and care of the cleaning staff. We accidentally left our suitcase open, with money and jewelry visible, and nothing was touched. Truly trustworthy and lovely staff!

Disliked: The only thing I noticed was that the cleaning staff entered the room even though we had placed the “Do Not Disturb sign”. Other than that, everything was great.

Untortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. For a four-star hotel, several things were disappointing

Liked: most staff members were friendly, the rooms were quiet and well soundproofed, the view was nice, and the location was convenient for the airport. Apart from the stained sheets, the room was clean. However, the negatives outweighed the positives, and I would not stay here again.

Disliked: Untortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. For a four-star hotel, several things were disappointing. The air conditioning didn't work properly, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bed sheets had stains. There were only two cups and two coffees in the room despite us being three people, and the only coffee provided was decaf. I find it really disappointing that a four-star hotel doesn't provide regular caffeinated coffee for free, especially considering how expensive the coffee is if you buy it. We also only received complimentary water on the day of arrival, with additional bottles costing extra. There was only one mirror for three people, positioned far from the sink, making it difficult to do makeup without glasses. The terrace was supposed to open at 9 a.m., but we had to ask staff to open it at 9:30. While this is a minor issue on its own, all these small inconveniences add up.

Disliked: It was crazy hot in the conference room and it took the management ages to adjust it.

Liked: I was surprised with this hotel in general! Very nice rooms, nice staff and the rooftop amazed me! A beautiful view, don't miss it in the 8th floor of the hotel!

Disliked: Unfortunately, when I checked the sauna to see if it was working it wasn't. They state it's working all year but it was not. Other then that everything was amazing.

Friendly staff, but the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was a great convenience and much appreciated.

Disliked: The hotel has deteriorated over time and is in need of refurbishment and better maintenance. Overall cleanliness was disappointing, and a thorough deep cleaning is long overdue. Given the price and hotel rating, I expected a much higher standard.
