Staff was responsive but did not resolved the issue iof the AC
Liked: Loation
Disliked: No AC, I did not sleep well for two nights.
Liked: Basic accommodation in large hotel. Located in not too crowded part of the city centre, reasonably close to transport
Disliked: Noisy neighbourhood. At night some noisy guests in the corridor. Breakfast basic. Please update your maps with the new supermarket around the corner.
Very good 9/10
Liked: A very good hotel for a one- or two-night stay at an affordable price. Great location, clean room, close to the metro station.
Disliked: The pillows were very firm, which made them a bit uncomfortable. There was only one power outlet in the room for charging devices and another one in the bathroom.
As said, the staff was very attentive
Liked: Staff was really nice.
Disliked: The neighborhood is not amazing.
Quick trip
Liked: Quiet, clean, good location. Basic but everything you need for a short stay
Disliked: The receptionist could have offered a bit more information ar check in, i.e location of lifts, breakfast options, check out time etc No top up of milk and tea/coffee over our two night stay.
