  Good location nice hotel

  Liked: Nice hotel in a good location. The sign was a bit small so at first we almost missed. The lobby was clean and inviting. The staff was helpful especially the women at the front desk. We had the breakfast on the first day it had a good variety of food but was priced a bit high. So we ate elsewhere the second day. Even with the issues we would stay here again.

  Disliked: We did have some issues with our room. The room was very small which we expected but it could have been updated a bit. They had the soap dispenser located in the shower and the bodywash by the sink. I tried to move it but was unable to. The bathtub didn't drain well my husband tried to unplug it which helped a bit. Our son and his partner also stayed on the same floor of the hotel and their room was bigger and nicer than ours even though we came in at the same price. I didn't complain at the time we just made it work as we were only staying for two nights. I would stay here again but not in that room.

  Nice

  Liked: Excellent Location. Room is spacious considering it is in the old town district. Close to coffee shops bakery and restaurants plus train stations. Free water and sometimes green apples if you are lucky

  Convenient location but run down hotel

  Liked: Location of the hotel was convenient to get around.

  Disliked: On our first night, we did not have any electricity for almost 23 hours. We had brought this complaint to the hotel management and the front desk had said that there was nothing they could do about it. We had asked to move to another room that would have electricity, but none were available. All other rooms that we booked (2 out of the 3 rooms) did in fact have electricity. So, we had to shower in the cold and in the dark which was unsafe. The front staff was not very pleasant and said that this issue was not a hotel problem and that we needed to take this up with Booking.com. We wanted a refund for at least that one full day of no electricity, but there was no possible settlement for this, which was very upsetting given that we had paid for a full day WITHOUT electricity. The hotel itself was rather run down and not very clean (ex: found some cobwebs and spiders in the main foyer that no one seemed to pay attention to). The beds were also two single beds that were not very comfortable as well.

  Liked: Location was perfect. Very central and close to a lot of restaurants, shops and attractions.

  Disliked: The room was poor. Not very clean or well kept. During our 3 day stay the room wasn't cleaned once!! Housekeeping was coming as we were getting ready for our early evening dinner/outing, having showers and getting changed. They would leave and never return. Housekeeping should be happening while we were out during the day.
