Very good
It is ok, but I wouldn’t stay here again
Liked: It was close to the bus station, but quite far away from main attractions. The sheets were clean.
Disliked: The cleaning staff forgot to add water, change towels, the tea available in the room tasted really bad. The building itself was very noisy, something was carried in the building so we couldn’t sleep.
Liked: Great location, excellent staff!
Definitely exceeded my expectations!!
Liked: Very good location with Metro and buses nearby. It was a very modern chic hotel. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with fresh pure orange juice.
Disliked: Iron in room instead of going to reception everytime we needed it.
A pleasant stay in a fairly basic hotel with some nice features
Liked: We didn't have breakfast. The location was absolutely fine. We walked to most places. My daughter and I had a room at the front of the hotel looking out on the front. We quite liked it. The matresses were comfortable. The pillows felt a bit fluffy but were fine. The bathroom had a toothbrush and razor which were very handy.
Disliked: Our rooms weren't close together and one room was very dark, looking out onto an alleyway. There was an issue with the window of one of our rooms on arrival and we were given the option to move. We moved and the new room was much better. The pool area was a bit run down and could do with some TLC. The pool itself while small was nice and clean.
Liked: The location was really good. The breakfast was quite good.
Disliked: The room was not so big for two people. There wasn't so much space inside or enough furniture. The room and the corridor had unpleasant smell... as if they didn't open the windows for long time.
Liked: Good location, great staff, liked free water & coffee in room, free sweets, excellent choice of breakfast
Disliked: Complimentary water should be replaced daily
