  I'll give this property a hard pass next time

  Liked: The location is brilliant.

  Disliked: I didn't like just about everything else. I had stayed at this property 4 years ago and it was great at that time. But now no coffee in the room and it seemed like the breakfast was free until I was told on the third day that I would be charged upon checkout. 17 Euros for each breakfast I had consumed simply out of convenience when a much better breakfast was available across the street for 10 Euros. No chair or desk in the room just a bed. The pictures the property displays in no way accurately represent this property, needs a major upgrade.

  Liked: Nice room, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, the staff is polite

  Disliked: The window is locked- no fresh air, there are no slippers, the pillows are very flat and old and the window let in street noise

  Nice hotel

  Liked: I can fullt recommend this hotel. Very good localization - most thnigs in walking distanse. Frendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast in this same place was an asset - not very varied, but you can choose smth.

  The most disgusting place ive stayed in my life

  Liked: The receptionist sonia wa nice. The location was great. Thats about it. Nothings else was good.

  Disliked: This is the worst hotel ive been in. Its not clean at all. There were bed bugs. The bathroom looked like its from the 1700s. The room was not noise canceling, so all the street noise was keeping us up at night. When we checked out, there was literally noone to check us out. We wasted 30 min waiting and gave up and left the keycard and note. The worst thing out of all the bad and wrong things of this place is that when someone flushes the toilet or takes a shower the from the top floor you can hear all their nasties fall down through the wall. Its so disgusting. Its sad you guys take money from people and provide such bad quality rooms. Worst worst worst. This place needs to be shutdown.

  A NIGHTMARE — AVOID THIS HOTEL Staying here with my 78-year-old mother was a nightmare. After a long

  Disliked: More honest and accountable management, better customer service, and staff consistently available at reception. At checkout, I reported that our room still had no electricity, despite a staff member coming to our door during the night saying they were working on it, yet the hotel later claimed they knew nothing about the outage.
