Disliked: Absolutely unacceptable! After checking out, this hotel tried to charge me an extra €128 without any explanation or justification. On top of that, the reception staff were completely incompetent and had no idea how to do their jobs. Extremely unprofessional and disgraceful service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Disliked: I requested checkout to be 1300 hours and was not granted.I paid the Hotel 60 euros in cash as a deposit to be returned at check out.sadly they deducted 23euros out of the 60 euros as a city tax and gave me the rest.
