Very good
Liked: Clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was easy even outside customer service hours. Good shower.
Disliked: The room was a little run down, but everything was comfortable.
OK if you just want a bed for the night in a 'student-like' room - not a luxurious stay
Liked: The location was convenient and the check in/out was easy, with good communication and friendly staff.
Disliked: The room was like student accommodation, not worth nearly what I paid, and the photos implied a more luxurious stay. The room was also very noisy - I could hear everything the young couple in the next door room said (and did); footsteps in the room above were intrusive; and the noise from the lobby echoed up the staircase.
Good Value and location for one night
Liked: Location and price, it was for one night for a concert and it was clean.
Disliked: It could have had better storage and a table and chairs in the room.
Liked: Easy check in for arriving after reception hours. Good location just a walking distance from the metro. Easy to come from the airport by train. A small supermarket just across the hotel.
Disliked: No refrigerator or cutlery in the room. No individual kettle in the room for preparing a coffee. The one in the reception area was full of salt. It needs to be washed well. Otherwise its existence for a complimentary tea or coffee is useless I am afraid. There is noise from others when they arrive late so if you are a light sleeper this will definitely interrupt your sleep. Storage luggage is only until 17.00 pm so if you are flying later in the evening be prepared for that. The area near the metro station can be a bit dodgy since there are quite many homeless people around, so you need to be careful if travelling alone. Daytime is really safe though.
Liked: The hotel was very convenient for me as someone who literally only wanted and needed to sleep there. It was very nice that there was shared coffee/tea facilities in the reception area. I was allowed to check in a little early on account of the rooms being ready, which was very kind! I was explained very thoroughly how to get in/out of the property and what to do after my stay.
Disliked: The hallways tended to be loud at night, which did unfortunately disrupt my sleep.
Helpful staff, well connected with metro
Liked: Staff was helpful, clean and close to the metro and supermarket
Disliked: Several homeless living in the area, which made me feel unsafe since reception is not manned at night
