  Amazing experience!

  Liked: Excellent location. Apartment was very spacious, modern, nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend it and definitely would like to stay there again when next time in Barcelona.

  Liked: It is a very good location, nice restaurants and public transportation (buses, metro, train station) around. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Flat corresponds to pictures.

  Disliked: It's not a very quiet place.

  Excellent stay! to be recommended without any reservation

  Liked: Very good apartment. The beautiful and modern furnishings, with fashionable touches. Great attention to details and a complete series of accessories. Really excellent cleaning and weekly cleaning. The very friendly staff was quick to resolve an internet problem and provide some conveniences. The location of the apartment is very convenient, with the metro (Tarragona) 100 meters away and the airport shuttle 400 meters. Very convenient for reaching Plaza Colon (marina) and all the other metro stations. It was a very good choice. Recommended without reservations. Electronic keys by means of an app are very useful

  Disliked: only problem was a slight smell of sewage on some days on the outdoor patio, but this is very common in Barcelona.

Good to know

-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).

-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros

-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.

Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.

Barcelona city tax not included: 5€ per night per person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
