  Nice

  Liked: Good location and clean room.

  Disliked: The beds are not very comfortable and during night is too noisy.

  It was a really enjoyable stay, all amenities close by including the underground train just 50metres away

  Liked: The location was perfect, shops and restaurants very close. the staff were so friendly and helpful

  Liked: Location And good, friendly people

  Disliked: Some of the things were the glass swinging shower door would not close completely. The glass door entering the bathroom was broken. had duct tape holding it together

  Terrible customer service and no manager available for serious infrastructure issue

  Disliked: We were on a three day break and had to change rooms twice, including one night in a different hotel, which was inconvenient as we travelled with friends so were split up.

  Disappointed we run out of water and was told drink tap water

  Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the shower pressure was fantastic.

  Disliked: A minibar or small fridge would be a nice touch as this is is almost always in a hotel.... or an ice machine on one of the floors would be a good alternative.
