Guest reviews
Fabulous
Liked: Centrally located
Disliked: Rooms very small and basic.
Very friendly, helpful staff and excellent location
Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel’s location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Barcelona and within easy reach of most of the city’s main attractions.
Disliked: I would have appreciated a wider selection of TV channels, particularly those broadcasting FC Barcelona matches. Alternatively, the hotel could consider installing a large TV screen in a common area to broadcast Barcelona’s La Liga and Champions League games. This could even be offered as a pay-per-view service for a small additional fee.
Our stay was pleasant enough
Liked: Location, cleanliness
Disliked: Breakfast and transport offers were overpriced
Clean room, but very dark
Liked: The room looked renovated and was clean. I also appreciated the amenities, like the body lotion.
Disliked: In room 129, what I didn’t like was that, although I was on the first floor, the room didn’t really have a window. There was a door opening onto a tiny patio, but I could barely see the sky, so the room felt very dark.
Liked: The staff was great! They were able to get our three rooms together. They were also able to answer all our questions and were very helpful!
Disliked: The breakfast charge seemed a bit high.
Liked: I thought the staff was really great. I wasn’t crazy about the location, but that was my fault.
Disliked: I wasn’t crazy about the location, but I can’t blame the hotel. I picked it.
