Liked: Smooth check in, clean, great view of rambla de catalunya from the room.
Loved every minute of my stay at Mosaic. Highly recommed this property. Also si e they have key cards to enter and a 24
Liked: What a location. Lovely cafes down and lovely shops all around. Amazing location. Very nice rooms. Small and compact but nice. We had a more expensive room with terrace and it was amazing to sit out every morning snd have our tea there
Disliked: The shower cubile desperately needs a small shelf for guests to put there own shampoos and conditioner bottles. Especially women are very choosy with their shampoos. I never use hotel shampoos. My hair is colored and i only use my own shampoo. So that was a little troublesome to keep bending down and keeping my bottles on the floor. Might be helpful to pass on this suggestion

Disliked: Tiny room, even the superior ones. Hardly no space to hang or put your clothes on. Minimal to the extreme

Liked: Felt comfortable, safe. Great location to walk. So many cafe’s, restaurants. Bed was wonderful. Pillows, duvet, etc very nice. Quiet room for sleeping. Had a patio room and used the patio several times. Liked all the staff. Very friendly staff.

Liked: The only positive thing about this hotel is its central location and easy access to everything.
Disliked: However, everything else is so average and not a good value for money. I had to pay extra for 2 hours of earlier check in, although the room was available. The next day, I left my room at 8 AM and cane back at 12:45 to get ready for a wedding, the room was not even clean. The hotel receptionist (which is one person btw) told me that cleaning is only until 1 PM, but that they can give me extra towels if I want. You get one bottle of complimentary water per on the first night only.. (and I paid 570 euros for 2 nights). Not worthy!
