Exceptional
Liked: It was really convenient and the location was perfect and quiet. You can easily take the bus or metro.
Disliked: We paid almost 600€ for four nights without breakfast. The real downside was the carpet smell in our room. It was so strong that we had to keep the windows open all the time. The carpets really need a deep clean or some kind of replacement.
Location was great. Rooms clean and staff very helpful
Liked: The room was clean but why and how can you have a room with no cupboards? The storage in this hotel room was shocking. The bathroom also had no shelving to keep your toiletries at all.
Disliked: Lack of storage, the bed was sold, you could not keep the bathroom door open, it kept shutting.
Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: No glasses for water in the room.
The next time we’re in Barcelona, we will definitely be staying at Motel One again
Liked: The location is excellent. We loved being so close to the park.
Disliked: The view from the window (none). And we would have liked a fridge in the room
Comfortable and clean but room was small
Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was good.
Disliked: I am afraid room was really small and window was facing a wall. So limited natural light which was disappointing. I mentioned to reception, no alternatives were offered or discussed.

Disliked: For the high price I would expect a bin in the main area of room, bottles of water etc bit more space overall in room
