  Decent

  Liked: Location is excellent, quite neighbourhood with close proximity to two underground stations so travelling is easy even with kids. Arc de Trimof is a 10 mins walk. Rooms were decent sized.

  Disliked: Could have been cleaner. Needs modernisation and breakfast options are limited if you are vegetarian.

  Good stay in Barcelona

  Liked: Super easy access, 24h just with the phone. Nice room and quite well located. Well connected with public transport.

  Disliked: Only one coffee machine for breakfast. Average of 5 minutes on the waiting line. They only cleaned my room 2 out of the 4 nights I spent at the hotel. Why? I don't know. The shower... leaks water. I asked to fix it. I believe they didn't. The wooden door of the furniture in the room were a bit broken. Not to the standards for this price.

Water spread throughout the bathroom, reaching the door and the sink, which also kept filling with water while we were using it. At around 11 p.m. or midnight, we had no choice but to call reception and ask someone to come and clean and dry the bathroom. The staff came and told us that the following day they would either change our room or repair the problem. As a result, we had to spend the night in a damp room, surrounded by moisture and an unpleasant smell. Our comfort and rest were seriously affected. The next day, we were told that the problem had been fixed. However, we received only a 10% refund, which amounted to less than €40. Nothing else was done to compensate us for the inconvenience. The overall cleanliness was also disappointing. The dishes were dirty and had not been properly washed. Toilet paper was provided only when we specifically asked for it, and the room was cleaned only when we requested it. Overall, the price was absolutely not justified by the quality of the accommodation and service. I would not recommend this place, especially if you are travelling with children. If you are considering staying here, make sure to clarify all the details and check the room conditions carefully before booking. When we raised our concerns, the staff told us that they could not help us with anything further and that we would have to contact Booking.com directly. **Please make sure you clarify everything in advance before choosing this accommodation.**

  Nice,good was good,location is nice

  Liked: I liked overall of the hotel.Location of the hotel is placed more or less close next to Sagrada De Familia make it easier to reach the famous or different places in Barcelone

  Disliked: I didn't like that some pieces of furniture are badly placed together or even broken
