Liked: Pretty good selection of both food and drink on the included breakfast. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Would likely book again and bring my own teabags. Fabulous complementary cookie upon arrival (albeit with no use by date on the packaging)
Disliked: Teabags were reused from the last guest (visible coffee stains, damp sugar bags). After throwing them out they were restocked only 2 days later. Coffee cup had a coffee stain above the handle. The room was a bit too damp due to poor division from the bathroom. "Save the earth" offering to forego room service in exchange for a drink. A bit too much on the money saving side given the price per night. Complementary water bottle gatekept by a hotel network membership.
Really loved our stay no complaints
Liked: Great location, very clean and lovely staff
Disliked: The queue for checking in was very bad and the room was quite noisy
Liked: The door key cards were not working!
For a short stay only, do not book this hotel for 2+ nights
Disliked: Food is the same every day during the breakfast, the card reader from my room wasn't working properlly so I had to go every time back to the reception to give me a new one (literally every time). Very poor light in the hotel room

Liked: Everything as expected by NH Hotels. I appreciated the design of the room and the comfort of the bed/pillow.
Disliked: Not a big thing, but the lighting in the room can be improved (too dark as it is)
