Very good
Liked: The location is excellent. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Have stayed at this property in the past too. Its like Home away from Home.
Disliked: My room's balcony as next to the Emergency Exit, so I had to keep my balcony door closed most of the time. Although the hotel team re-assured me that the door can only be opened from one side.
Liked: Have stayed here previously. Very good front desk team especially Miguel, Laura, Karina. Location is excellent, right next to a mall and food court. And so many restaurants and stores in the vicinity.
Disliked: Their infrastructure is a bit unorganized. There was a power outage on the day I was to check out and catch a flight. This outage was only on the higher floors where my room was. So if we are paying a premium price for the room, these facilities need to be more organized and secure.
Lovely and comfortable
Liked: The location was perfect for the conference we attended. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. A big thank you to Marc at reception for really taking care of us throughout our visit.
Disliked: The bathroom had some issues with it. There is no ramp to enter the hotel, therefore you need to carry luggage.
Liked: I liked how helpful the service was to get a bill for my company as needed, even tho it was additional work for them. I highly appreciate that. Fantastic job!
Disliked: We were on the top floor (8th) and in the morning (7-8:30) there was almost no water pressure. Showering impossible, even washing hands barely possible. Not an issue outside the main shower hours but this was very unfortunate. So shower in the evening if you are on the top floors!

Liked: the location was really good, the staff were really nice and helpful
Disliked: the hotel seemed a bit old overall, the floor was always creaking when we walked.

Disliked: Small room. Location far from center.
