Fabulous
Liked: Cheap Breakfast really great
Disliked: Gym too small and half machines broken Needs renovation
Liked: most of the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was a little dated but comfortable and the room darkening window coverings were great. The restaurant and mall were a wonderful surprise and the parket at the back o the property.
Disliked: The shower would not get a strong enough pressure or hot enough for my liking. For an accessible room, the sinks in the washroom were very high. The pool upstairs was very cold, and the spa inside did not have chairs to sit and enjoy the outside balcony, there was no water to serve yourself or staff to help. We also had 1 team member at your front desk at check-in that was completely rude and told us she could not concentrate on having a conversation and check us in as we asked how her day was going? but then proceeded to have side conversations with her coworkers.
Nice staying overall; Jaiba restaurant- the food quality not consistent- very good the first day; very bad another day
Liked: Very nice location
Disliked: The windows cannot be opened, the room was ready after the normal checkin hour although we were promised something earlier
Liked: Excellent rooms. Plenty of facilities available
Disliked: Beds uncomfortable
