Very good
Prime location in the centre of everything
Liked: Fantastic location, close to all the main sights with everywhere else having easy access via the metro. Comfortable room & bed with good facilities. Very good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff at every level.
Disliked: The rooftop pool area is fantastic with superb cocktails served, the water was just far too cold to spend more than 5 minutes in even on a warm sunny day. I would imagine it would be fantastic on a very hot summers day.
Not worth its price
Liked: The location is really great
Disliked: Breakfast is really bad for 5* hotel, very poor selection. Staff is not friendly at all, but customer service
This was a Disappointing 5 star experience and I expect better from NH considering other hotels I’ve stayed at do give t
Liked: Location was excellent and comfortable pillows
Disliked: Bathroom layout and wardrobe space was not suitable. Had booked twin room and received a double instead. Breakfast options were not up to standard and we were not offered a menu item even though we were told someone would come to our table to take an order.
Wonderful staff which is why it was our forth stay
Liked: The location is perfect
Disliked: Our room was a little bit smelly and some small damage to doors which didn’t close. However they moved us to better room without too much fuss
Liked: Location
Disliked: Room view and price
