  Would not recommend the hotel, harassing experience

  Liked: Pretty central

  Disliked: Would not give us an early check in Made us pay the City tax per person x 4 days when r booking said all taxes paid the minute we arrived after a long flight!!! We stayed at 2 other Nh collection hotels and another one in Spain ( they never harassed us for city tax ) we were exhaustedn it was late, could have waited till next day to thrash it out. Insisted that we pay a deposit also!!! Stingy with complimentary water …. When asked one night, said it would be replenished in the morning!!! No porter to help with luggage when checking out early morning… They need to refund the extra city tax that they charged us!!!

  Nice retreat in central Barcelona

  Liked: The room was spacious and the hotel is located in a quiet but still central location. The staff was very helpful and the hotel in general was clean.

  Disliked: The pool area could use some work and the layout of our room was a little awkward.

  Excellent hotel in a convenient location

  Liked: Perfect location, near to 3 different underground stations (5-10 min walk to each) and several bus stops, so it was very easy to get around Barcelona from here. Also easy to walk to lots of nearby places. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice of cold foods, and the made to order omelettes were particularly good. Wonderful rooftop pool which was very quiet in the eventing, with a lovely view over the city. Nice rooftop bar also. The room itself was incredible, very big with a huge bathroom and separate dressing area. Also nice to have the Nespresso coffee machine and mini fridge.

  Great location, clean property, friendly staff and lovely pool and terrace. Highly recommend!

  Liked: Excellent location, close to the city center and Metro. The property is clean and staff are very friendly. The pool and roof terrace offerta a relaxing break after a day of sightseeing.

Good to know

Please note that The Bistro Restaurant is closed during the month of August. The rest of the year it is open every day from 11:00 to 13:00.
