Fabulous
Clean rooms. Great staff and lobby bar. Poor AC and network
Liked: - Front desk staff. Great people, without them this review would have been 4/10. Management should be grateful for them. - Lobby bar and work desks. - Rooms are designed to be useful. Ample place for storing your stuff. - Rooms are clean.
Disliked: At this price point: - I don't care about whatever stupid regulation you're following, I really want proper working AC that I can customize according to my liking. If you're not having it customizable, at least enable it working when I'm out of the room so the room is at a comfortable temperature when I'm back. - I expect a great network. Fast wifi and/or an ethernet port in the room. Wifi is crap and no ethernet port.

Decent hotel
Liked: The hotel is nice although at first we got a bedroom that had a tiny room and smell humid. Luckily they changed it for something nicer.
Disliked: I did not like the first room we were given especially considering it was a superior. Is not as close to the train station as I thought it should be.
Good location and premium hotel, but could be lot better in terms of service
Liked: This is our first time staying in NH sants. The rooms are premium with comfy beds.the rooms and bathrooms are spacious.the loactuon is exceptional just 5 to 10 minutes walk from the station. They have 24 hours reception but the basic amenities were even charged.
Disliked: They are charging premium rates but did not even have complimentary water. We have stayed at many hotels in Europe, but even budget hotels provide one or two complimentary bottles. Also, the restaurant staff were very reluctant; we had to wait for them for about 20 minutes before we decided to head out for dinner at 9 p.m.
Liked: Customer service. Housekeeping was very attentive and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast needs a little better variety for the price.
