  Disliked: We had a terrible experience at these apartments. While I was visiting my parents there, a neighbour attacked me and my young daughter. He was shouting and wouldn’t let me get to my child. The apartment staff did nothing to resolve the situation, and I felt threatened and unsafe. The apartment itself was also extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There were cockroaches, a strong smell of tobacco, and the bathtub had clearly not been cleaned. My parents had to clean and scrub the apartment themselves. When I asked to leave early and receive a refund for the unused nights, my request was refused. Overall, this was an awful and frightening experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

  Disappointing overall due to cleanliness issues and poor, confusing communication

  Disliked: During our stay, we ran into several cleanliness issues. The areas under the beds and sofa were very dirty, a lot of mold in the shower base, and a large cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived. Overall, it felt like only the most visible areas had been cleaned. We also had a very confusing experience with communication. We were repeatedly contacted by people outside the hotel, insisting that we had to pay €25 to collect the keys. They kept pushing this and made it sound like it was aligned with the hotel, while at the same time the hotel itself was barely responding to our messages through Booking.com. It gave the impression that we had somehow agreed to pay this fee when we hadn’t. In the end, we ignored it as it seemed like a scam, and we were able to pick up the keys for free at reception, which is located 25 minutes away from the hotel.

  Liked: The apartment owner is friendly

  Disliked: The shower is broken during our stay, we told the agency, but they kept delaying repairs, even when we left (3 days later) the shower was not fixed.and there is only one bathroom in the apartment. There are cockroaches in the bathroom, ants in the kitchen. Dirty floor
