  Overall very pleasant but i didn’t like check in at 3 pm

  Liked: Staff was very nice, clean hotel

  Disliked: The check in start at 3 pm that’s too late to be honest most hotel offer check in at 12 which is reasonable but 3 pm too much. Had to pay an extra amount to check in early which I wasn’t happy about but I had to do it

  Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly

  Disliked: Beds on wheels are ridiculous. Cheap three legged bedside table was poor and fell over. The walk to the metro was significantly more than expected and too far for people with any small walking limitations

  Policy is they won't arrange or call for a taxi

  Liked: Clean and modern

  Disliked: Staff wouldn't help obtain a taxi, there was no kleenex in the room, we wanted to eat dinner in the hotel bar that had light meals but I didnt see anyone working so I asked the desk and they said he would be there in a minute. After about 30 minutes he finally came after we had asked again about placing an order.
