Good
Clean and comfortable, would stay again
Disliked: My only issue was the noise from the floor above, like a wheeled seat moving about. Toilet was a bit cramped too but not a major problem.
Smaller than expected with a cigarette smell. Good location
Liked: Good location in Gothic Quarter. Nice balcony.
Disliked: Room was way smaller than they made it look online. So much so we thought we were given the wrong room, could not call it an apartment. There was an unpleasant cigarette smell inside. And absolutely no amenities in the kitchen. No tea towel, oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc just felt very very tight.
Nice location and the room itself was clean, beautifull and very comfortable

Disliked: The showershield was not functioning well. It kept on flooding the bathroom floor net to the toilet.
Perfection
Liked: This location is absolutely the BEST. It is located right in the heart of El Born, next to two Michelin star restaurants, shops, museums, and anything else you could want/need. The entry is a bit discrete, but this was part of the romance of the experience.

Great location and a lovely terrace, but disappointing cleanliness and maintenance that did not justify the price
Liked: The location in the Gothic Quarter was great, and the terrace was a nice feature.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the property left a lot to be desired. There was a persistent musty, mildew-like smell throughout the apartment, the towels also smelled musty, the linoleum flooring was peeling, and some of the kitchen utensils had food residue left on them from previous use. The elevator was frequently out of order, which was especially inconvenient since we were staying on the top floor. For the price we paid, we expected a much cleaner, better-maintained, and more comfortable accommodation.
