Liked: Location!! Kitchen facilities! Very spacious! Good beds!

Beautiful apartment in Bilbao
Liked: Location,it’s in the lovely old town close to everything.The apartment is clean,cozy and the bed is comfortable.

Liked: The location is great with a beautiful view of the Sagrada Familia from the balcony. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 people and was very clean.
Disliked: What bothers me most is that longstanding issues, which had already been reported quite some time before our arrival, still haven't been resolved. These include the mould in the bathroom and the dishwasher. In fact, it was even stated that the dishwasher had been repaired on 16 May 2026, yet to this day, it is still in a terrible condition. The bathroom tap is leaking. When I removed the filter so that we could wash ourselves properly, I discovered that the drain was also draining water very slowly. The balcony door still cannot be locked either. In short, the photos and the €200 deposit give the impression that you're arriving somewhere where everything is in perfect order, but the reality is somewhat different. That said, I have to give credit where it's due: the AI virtual agent responded quickly to my complaints. If only it could also fix these issues itself at the same pace, that would be great!

Liked: Electronic keys worked well. Location was perfect.
Disliked: The air conditioning was not strong enough and was not present in the bedrooms. Not enough comfortable seating for a family of 6.
Splendid stay near Sagrada Familia
Liked: Host was very responsive during messaging and was able to accommodate our request. The host stated they could store our luggage before checking in, in one of their reception locations. The location is superb for visiting Barcelona, - taxis and metro/bus lines were easy accessible. Restaurants and markets and luggage storage were plentiful. You can enjoy Sagrada Familia lit up at night easily. The apartment is equipped with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, knives that you'll need for the stay. Although a cutting board was missing. the Washing machine was a great benefit to the property. The apartment was in a safe and secure neighborhood.
Disliked: One of the bathroom doors was very hard to open, I think it is a known issue that causes damage to the door. The only AC are in the living room areas, not the bedrooms. Bring a portable fan if you want it cooler are night. on that note, a standing fan maybe a good addition to the property. besides this, the apartment was great.
