Overall good. The location is excellent!
Liked: Overall the experience was positive. The initial room we got was extremely small, however the staff was very helpful in getting a larger room for additional payment.
Disliked: Size of the standard room.
Liked: The staff was kind and helpful. There is a nice free coffee machine and lobby.
Disliked: I was not aware that the street is so noisy. My room faced the street and the isolation of noise was poor (no double glazing).

Liked: Great location, hospitable staff, complimentary coffee was excellent and water as well. Clean rooms. They held our luggage until checkin as we arrived at 9am to hotel-binus!. We did not have rooms on street side which made room quiet for sleeping-suggest asking for this to be away from street side. Easy to find location and near everything we planned to see on foot for most part. Would stay again when back in Barcelona.
