Exceptional
Nice short Stay
Liked: The Staff is very nice and helpful. Specially Laurie. She even offered me a free lock.
Disliked: Nothing.
I enjoyed my stay
Liked: The beds were comfy with quality cotton sheets. Also the access to a private bathroom was nice
Memorable
Liked: The vibe was super inclusive and welcoming. Giovana was so professional and went above and beyond her duties to make the stay comfortable. I didn’t expect to leave with so many friendships. Would definitely recommend Onefam.
Disliked: It’s hard to find safe areas downtown Barcelona, however, the staff and accommodation made it feel very safe.
Liked: The strong points of this hostel are, without a doubt, its cleanliness and the attentiveness of the staff, Giovana and Laurie help create a super warm and friendly atmosphere. Another plus is its proximity to the ferry terminal.
Fun!
Liked: The atmosphere was extremely welcoming. All the staff went out of their way to make a memorable trip for the guests. Special mention for Pedro, a Brazilian volunteer, who made us feel special and included on nights out. He was very kind and made the trip very fun!
Disliked: The window opened to the patio so it was just loud when people would be talking outside in the morning. But that is expected in a Hostel. I should have grabbed ear plugs.
