Very good
Liked: Lovely flat and location, close to main attactions. Good comunication with the staff.
Perfect location
Liked: A clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment. Ideally located for the purpose of our visit (concert at the olympic stadium). Staff are always available to answer any queries and are very friendly.
Disliked: Can be noisy outside at night as its close to a main road but there is functioning air conditioning so no need to open balcony doors. There are no other faults, this really is a lovely place.

Liked: host was super lovely and accommodating kitchen was large and nice to cook in
Disliked: a couple extra blankets would have been nice plus more detergent provided - only one detergent pod was given which is difficult to do whites vs colours loads

Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). -The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
