Fabulous
Very good for staying in Barcelona
Liked: The property is centrally located, clean&tidy, good communication with the host. Has washing machine, dishwasher, coffee, comfortable and nice furniture.
Disliked: It does get noisy at night (weekend) due to public bars down the road. It was a surprise to have to pay the host before we were able to arrive at the apartment as we thought we had payed via booking.com - we checked with booking.com and it was all legit.
Liked: Good location, self check-in (our flight was delayed, so this caused no inconvenience), a clean stairwell, and cafés nearby.
Disliked: When sleeping in the living room, the blanket was too narrow for two people. There was a battle all night over who would pull it to their side:D. Another mirror (in the bedroom or living room) would be a big advantage. The iron should be cleaned

Liked: Everything was in its place, we did not miss anything. We had coffe, also one bottle of water. Self check in easy and practical.

Liked: Port VII in Barcelona was a beautiful apartment in an excellent location for experiencing the city’s vibrant nightlife and delicious food. We were right next to the metro, which made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The apartment itself was very well maintained and clean, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Disliked: Very loud street, poor noise insulation from the neighboring apartment and the street, very loud throughout the night - couldn’t sleep
Exceptional
Liked: The apartment is really close to metro and bus stations, which is super comfortable in a big city as Barcelona. Also, the nearest metro station is the one, that takes you to Montjuïc, which has magnificent view and sightseeing. Th street is also cute and cozy. It is about 15 minutes walk till Port and approximately same distance from Gothic Quarter. Everything you could need while living (Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, shops) are nearby. The best part is - you don't need keys. They use program for locks, which is very comfortable, you can easily open a door by your mobile phone. It is one of the modern buildings, which means no mold, dry walls, security and comfortable design. Flat was very comfortable and had everything a family needed on a vacation. The host was very caring, even gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars nearby. If we ever come back to Barcelona definitely will stay here one more time.
