  Liked: Host is wonderful. Flat is clean and spacious, terrace is amazing. One minute walk from subway and bus stop. Felt like home, would rent again.

  Liked: I love the are, location is good very close to park Guell and has easy transportation buses to go around. Not far from down town, very easy communication with the office all times.

  Liked: The terrace, the location and proximity to grocery shops. And the view!

  Disliked: The smell was just, out of this world...and not a good one. They need a plumbing solution asap.

  Excellent cost-benefit

  Liked: The apartment is exactly as described. Excellent neighborhood, with grocery store, market, restaurants, metro. It is a little far from the center of Barcelona, ​​but very easy to get around. Bus stop at the door and a metro station about 5 minutes walk. Property with all necessary kitchen utensils, enough space for a family of 4 people. Highly recommended.

  Disliked: I really missed having a holder for personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo) inside the bathroom shower. As the shower space is very small, having a place to put these belongings was sorely missed.
