Exceptional
The best choice if you visit Barcelona, you will love this neighbourhood and apartment
Liked: The neighbourhood was super, we could reach all the famous Barcelona places easily and fast by metro or bus. There are many supermarkets on each corner and the restaurants and cafes were also close and nice. The apartment itself was even better than what we expected in such a big and popular city; it was clean, well-equipped, basically the apartment included everything what a household has. The contact people were extremely kind and helpful, they were really at our service with all our needs.
Disliked: We honestly cannot think of anything.
Amazing stay, stress free
Liked: Clean and quiet.
Excellent accommodation
Liked: We stayed for eight days and this apartment was excellent. Well equipped with everything needed, everything working. No complaints whatsoever.
Disliked: Although the staff who greeted us were excellent I realised later that we never saw the inventory to the contract before we signed it. Not everything in the inventory was present, eg the cheese grater, so I hope that isn’t a problem.
A good experience in a great city but let down by bizarre deceptive marketing and a distant host
Liked: The apartment had everything we needed in a reasonably sized space that wasn't too far from the Sagrada Familia whilst remaining in a more authentic, less tourist-y location. I literally cannot complain about the property itself out of context. It was clean and ready prepared.
Disliked: I felt that I was deceived into believing that it was an actual hotel and not a glorified Airbnb. After the host arrived via bicycle, he gave us the keys, collected the city tax, an erroneous late fee for being after 9pm (the description says the late fee only applies to arriving after 11pm), he disappeared and never checked on us again. This includes not even making sure we checked out on time or anything else we needed to do before we left. He was unreachable. When we landed, we felt lost and not at all secure. I would've been satisfied if the process was as advertised.
Good location
Liked: Spacious appartment and clean.
Disliked: Loud banging from the building work in the flat directly below us until 5.30pm.
Highly recommended
Liked: Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a good area with great transport links.
