Disliked: The washroom, the shower, the room, the bed
NO BREAKFAST EVEN IF I PAID FOR FOOD AND NOISES

Disliked: The staff members are so rude super rude especially I remember I didn't take my breakfast it was included in reservation I didn't eat it because he came to me and asked me by a way super rude and I left and it was super bad day to me super because of him and the other thing is someone entered the room whith noises at 4:00am super bad noises and last thing they stoppeds me from entering to the hostel for 6€ fees tax even if they knew I had a problem in payment they didn't help they left me in door asking people to pay for me because I could've pay it only by tomorrow plus it's not wrote on the reservation of hotel.
Liked: It would be nice to have curtains around the beds for more privacy while sleeping. Everything else was good!

Liked: Ideal location your at the heart of everything and depending on your preference to walk easily accesible I love walking so everything felt so close by. I highly recommend the location and staff it is situated where you are the center
Disliked: Less messages to go out I felt I kept getting message on the app every 30 min

Towels and linen are included for private rooms. However, for 1 bed in a 4/6/8 bed dorm, bottom linen and pillow case only, are provided. Towels must be rented.
