Liked: Location and the fact that they gave us extra hour to check out
Disliked: Firstly the property wasnt ready when we got there to check in and we had to wait 1 hour for the cleaning staff. Then even though we were outside the property, we kept on getting calls about boise complain even though we werent at the property. Then 2 days in a row someone else was making a noise and i received a call about noise at 4AM!!! Saying WE are making noise even though we were sleeping and could also hear the noise. One night a guy was banging on our door repeatedly while we were sleeping just to tell us not to make NOISE!!! WE WERE DISTURBED FROM SLEEP MULTIPLE TIMES. Avoid at all costs if you want to have a peaceful journey.

Liked: i liked that the property was in a good location, was big enough for a group the people, overall the property was 10/10 BUT
Disliked: the staff was very rude and making me very uncomfortable, they were making a mess and accusing you for stuff you didnt’t do just to get the 300€ security deposit, making up exuces. they were a mess. they didnt have a lock box so you would have to go to another location far from the house to get the key then go the house. they were very disturbing, and they give you a really big set of rules like you were renting the apartment for a year, not 3 days.

Disliked: Was dusty for construction in the balcony.No good view in the balcony.People stared work early and disturbed.
Disliked: accommodation was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor, and the apartment was not as described. There was only one small air conditioning unit, which was completely inadequate for cooling the entire apartment—especially in such hot weather. This had a major impact on my comfort during the stay.

Key collection is done at our reception in a different location from the apartment. From Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
