Barcelona’s best hotel! One stop shop for all senses
Liked: The staff welcomed me at the door with warm smiles, and the experience only got better from there. The room was beautifully sophisticated, very clean. It has a nice balcony, a large bathroom, a lot of storage space, and a very roomy, cozy feeling. Breakfast was outstanding, with an amazing variety of healthy options, a juice bar, and practically everything you could imagine. After I’d filled my plate at the buffet, a waiter came over to ask what I’d like to order. I went for the eggs Benedict—they were amazing. The spa is the best I’ve seen: stylish, sensual, and deeply relaxing. It has a cool pool, a wonderfully dark steam room, a cold plunge, and a beautiful sauna overlooking the garden. The treatment room is luxurious, and my massage was excellent. The hotel also has a special gym with top-notch equipment. As someone who loves to work out, that matters a lot to me. The rooftop is a beautiful place to unwind, with wonderful views of the city’s landmarks. It was a little too cold for the pool, but having a drink and relaxing after a long day was perfect. The sunset was gorgeous. For dinner, I invited some friends to Mr. Porter, the hotel’s signature steakhouse. The food was excellent and thoughtfully prepared. By the time we finished, the bar had come alive, with a great mix of visitors and locals. We hadn’t planned to dance, but somehow we did—and it was a lot of fun.
Amazing stay as alwalys!
Liked: The front desk staff very friendly and helpful; we have stayed at the hotel before and love the location; lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist spots within walking distance. Hotel bar (main and rooftop) are beautiful. Service is excellent. We always love the unique & spacious layout of the rooms. Excellent value as well.
Disliked: Honestly we have never had an issue or thought there could be improvements.
Liked: Location and staff superb
Disliked: Strange room organisation, toilet in one part of the room, sink in the other?
Disliked: The loud music was quite annoying on Thursday and Friday night
Really enjoyed the stay
Liked: Great location! Staff were very nice. Great vibes in the hotel. It was clean and modern throughout. Spa was very nice too.
Disliked: Floorboards creaked in my room. Rug under bed was heavily stained. Rooms weren’t soundproof, had to get an early night as flight home was early and you could hear the dj.
Great stay. We will definitely recommend and be back
