Best place
Liked: Great clean place! We could check in earlier the staff was superkind!
Wonderful stay, would definitely return!
Liked: Amazing location, super central to everything.
1 word: Filthy
Liked: Apart from the location, absolutely NOTHING.
Disliked: One of the worst hotel stays we have experienced. The property looked nothing like the standard presented online and genuinely needs inspecting. The room was filthy, noisy and full of flies. The sheets had an overpowering smell of bleach and all three of us experienced itching, leaving us concerned about possible bed bugs. The bathroom was so vile and unhygienic that we refused to use it and went to a nearby restaurant instead. There were virtually no facilities and it felt more like a run down hostel or hospital than a hotel. The receptionist was friendly, but that was the only positive. Around £250 for one night at this standard is completely unacceptable. We believe a full refund is warranted.
