Fabulous
Great overall stay
Liked: Great location, Clean and nice room - Professional team
Disliked: Nothing. Maybe the metro sound and vibration across the building
Central location
Liked: Situated on Las Ramblas which makes this place a great base and means there are loads of restaurants/cafes etc within a few minutes walk of the front door. Also great for transport connections. Welcoming reception staff. Fairly basic room (I booked a standard double) but very clean and exactly as described. Also seemed well-priced, considering where it is and that I only booked it the night before.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Superb location, just next to the Boqueria market, a metro station and five minutes on foot to the Cathedral. Compact but clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff, 24 hour desk.
Disliked: The Ramblas is a lively street, light sleepers may find it a bit noisy.
Liked: Best location
Disliked: Hope the rate can decrease a bit
Good location, you get what you pay for
Liked: Location was very convenient, right in front of the market also very strategic for food. Metro is just downstairs. Obviously it was a bit noisy but that's what you get when you go to the busiest road of the city. The room was ok, not the largest, but everything you need for a short stay.
Disliked: The only down side was the consistent damp smell from day 1 to 4 no matter how much we kept the windows open. Didn't give the cleanest vibe
Excellent customer service. The staff were highly professional, attentive, and very accommodating
Liked: The hotel is well-situated and the location is ideal for exploring, the room was clean and comfortable, very quite. The aircon worked very well and the entire team was very helpful. Had a good stay here. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable, hassle-free trip. Recommended
Disliked: The only downside is that the decor and rooms feel a bit dated, but it didn't really spoil our stay
