Fabulous
Really nice and comfortable but could definitely improve
Liked: Very clean when we came, good AC and space to relax
Disliked: Check in took really long. Iron was broken and requested for 4 days yet never got a response. Bed sheets were a bit dirty, didnt have any extra for the sofa bed. If you are sleeping on sofa bed the biggest window doesn’t have a blind so really bright

Liked: I really liked the area, a shop and pharmacy are just around the corner and the subway stop is less than 10 mins away:) also lots of options for food!
Disliked: The floor had water damage right underneath the air con in the living room and it was sometimes tripping us over, also, while this is not directly related to the host, the elevator had been playing up for a few days and then we got stuck in it for around 45 mins which was stressful

Liked: Perfect view, clean, equipped, comfortable. Great location, nice interior and absolutely contributed to our beautiful memories from Barcelona!

Liked: We had a lovely stay, market nearby, good communication with Stay U-nique.
Disliked: AC in the living room need to be repaired.

Disliked: 2 days prior our arrivel we were told that the flooring was damaged because of a problem with the AC, but we saw in another review that the issue was older and it was not fixed. A part of the floor was missing actually and you could easily get hurt. The curtains also had problems and because of them we couldn’t open the windows. The foset from the bathtub was broken. The pillows were uncomfortable
