The entire reservation process is hard, even the apartment is ok from what it offers(price, city etc)

Liked: We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and beds, the larger bathroom(there are 2), the location(about 5 minutes far from a nice beach, same from the metro station), the silence in that area, there are some helpful markets. The check put is at 11AM, we asked about extra time, one hour was accepted in addition even initially our request was declined.

Disliked: Details about the extra fees were not clearly mentioned except the city tax: e.g. 29 euro for potential damages or the option of blocking 300 euros instead which are released in 2-3 days once it is noticed that nothing is damaged in the apartament). We were not able to access the above option(we would prefer to block 300 euros instead of paying 29 without any reason, as the link sent by the owner asks just to accept to pay 29 euros). There were a lot of info required for all of us, including the child, filling in the application takes at least 30 minutes with too many details with no sense in the time when all these info can be stollen and use on other bad purpose. More than this, at the end, there was generated an contract in Spanish(?!) with our agreement to pay 29 euros?! The phone number listed by the property is from a call center, they are not able to offer info related e.g. the extra fee after 5PM. We insisted to discuss with the owner, and via another number in general the answers were stereotypes, not useful to clarify our questions. To know how to unlock the doors looks like a training to learn how to open a door. But once understood it works easily. This reservation was the hardest we made so far.

Liked: It was close to the beach and to the metro station. There is a supermarket nearby, coffee shops, nice restaurants.

Disliked: No air conditioning upstairs, the room downstairs does not have shades, so anyone tall enough can see inside.

Bright and comfortable, but not too quiet

Liked: Bright and close to the beach

Disliked: The AC display was broken and was hard to set. And the street was very loud because there is a venue right in front where they do day festivals with bands etc
